Preference
A Novice stake is confined to dogs which have not gained a place which would qualify them for first preference in the draw for Open Stakes. Please ensure that, when entering a dog, it has had experience in the shooting field and, to your knowledge, has no eliminating faults. Refer to J Regs.

Preference in the draw will be given to dogs in the following order: (1) Member’s dogs (2) Non-member’s dog

Trial Format

This is a walked-up trial with possible drives.

Substitutes

This branch allows substitute dogs. Do not enter your substitute dog as you will be charged. If before the event you need to substitute, contact the Field Trial Secretary who will substitute your dog in the system.
